The doctors at this office have always been great. They know what your child needs when your child needs it. Both of my 7-year-olds regularly go to this practice, and we have always been satisfied with the care they receive. The doctors are knowledgeable and attentive, and they make sure to address any concerns or questions we have. We appreciate their expertise and dedication to their patients.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff at West Volusia Pediatrics leaves much to be desired. From my personal experience, I would give them no stars if I could. When I called to have my daughter added as a new patient, I was met with a rude and unhelpful attitude. The person on the other end of the line seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me. This initial interaction left a negative impression and made me question whether I wanted to bring my child to this practice. It is disappointing that such a crucial aspect of a healthcare facility falls short.
