One of the customers had them install a whole home combination propane boiler in 2020 for over $10K. Although it was okay, the customer noticed that there was no reduction in propane use. This was a disappointment for the customer.
Another customer had their A/C go out and called a few companies for help. Dirks was the first company they called and they were able to schedule an appointment about a week out. However, the customer gave them a rating of 1 because they were not satisfied with the service provided.
Furthermore, one customer expressed their dissatisfaction with Dirks Heating & Cooling and stated that they will never use their services again. The customer mentioned that their air containers/heaters do not work below -10 degrees, which is a problem considering Wisconsin experiences temperatures below -10 for most of the time.
