Review Summary
Upon initial meeting Mr. Burtnett seemed very professional. We even received a Thank you card in the mail after the job estimate. We were very close to hiring him for our flooring project based on his initial impression.
Unfortunately, our experience with Burtnett Flooring quickly went downhill from there. The quality of the work was extremely poor and far below our expectations. The flooring materials used were of low quality and began to show signs of wear and tear within a few months of installation. It was clear that corners were cut and attention to detail was lacking.
Communication with Mr. Burtnett was also a challenge. He was difficult to reach and often did not respond to our calls or messages in a timely manner. This lack of communication made it difficult to address the issues we had with the flooring installation.
In addition to the poor quality of work and lack of communication, we found Mr. Burtnett to be unprofessional in his interactions with us. He was dismissive of our concerns and seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly rather than ensuring our satisfaction.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience with Burtnett Flooring. We would not recommend them to others and would caution anyone considering hiring them for a flooring project. It is important to thoroughly research and vet contractors before making a decision, as we learned the hard way.
