One customer hired All-Courts in May 2022, with the promise of having a court completed by July 2022. However, when July came around, an excavation crew was sent to the customer’s property and ended up tearing up their entire yard. This is a clear example of poor project management and lack of communication.
Another customer had a similar experience. They spoke with Wes, the representative from All-Courts, in February of the previous year. Wes promised that the project would be completed by the end of May. However, in late August, Wes broke the news that they couldn’t fulfill their promise. This level of unprofessionalism and failure to deliver on commitments is unacceptable.
A third customer expressed their frustration with All-Courts, stating that they were scammed by Wes Jones and the company. They hired All-Courts in August 2023 and paid them over $21,000 as a down payment. However, the project was never completed, and they were left feeling cheated and deceived.
