The tile installer was absolutely horrible. The whole process was very stressful. A lot of redos on the tile were necessary. The reviewer never saw or talked to the tile installer and was disappointed with the lack of communication and quality of work.
In Winter of 2017-18, the reviewer hired LCR to remodel their basement/bath. They found that LCR was terrible at communicating and the contractors they hired did shoddy work. The reviewer was not satisfied with the quality of the remodel and felt that it was not worth the money.
