They had two appointments scheduled back to back with only a 45-minute gap, and they were pleasantly surprised by the efficient and timely service they received. This patient highly recommends Carolina Ear Nose & Throat for their exceptional service.
Unfortunately, another patient had a less than satisfactory experience. Their sister underwent a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. DeNeef, who they praised for being wonderful. However, they had a negative encounter with the PA, Victoria Ingle, during their sister’s post-operative care. This individual does not recommend seeing Victoria Ingle at Carolina Ear Nose & Throat.
On a more positive note, a patient had an excellent experience with Dr. Boyle. They found her to be friendly, nice, and incredibly helpful. This patient initially felt nervous discussing the possibility of getting hearing aids, but Dr. Boyle made them feel at ease and provided valuable guidance. They highly recommend seeing Dr. Boyle at Carolina Ear Nose & Throat.
