We are notifying the public that we are not recommending Cannon Creative to paint your home. Here is why:
On June 18, 2017(Sunday), Cannon Creative was hired to paint a home in Gallatin, TN. The customer’s experience with Cannon Creative was extremely disappointing. The quality of work was subpar and the customer service was non-existent. The paint job was sloppy, with visible streaks, uneven coverage, and paint drips on the floor. The customer had to call Cannon Creative multiple times to address these issues, but they never received a satisfactory response.
Furthermore, Cannon Creative failed to meet the agreed upon timeline for the project. The customer was promised that the painting would be completed within a week, but it took over a month for the job to be finished. This caused a significant inconvenience for the customer, as they had to live in a partially painted home for an extended period of time.
In addition to the poor quality of work and lack of timely completion, Cannon Creative also demonstrated unprofessional behavior. The customer reported that the painters were disrespectful and did not take proper care of their belongings. They left paint stains on furniture and did not clean up after themselves.
Based on this customer’s experience, Cannon Creative does not meet the standards of a reputable painting company. Their workmanship is below average, their customer service is lacking, and their professionalism is questionable. We strongly advise against hiring Cannon Creative for any painting needs. There are many other reliable and skilled painters in the Gallatin area who can provide a much better experience.
